In Southern California, fall is still summer. At San Diego’s Waterbar eatery, you can find a delicious cocktail that's a perfect reflection of this phenomenon. Bar Manager Brian Gaudet says, “This cocktail brims with fresh fall flavors, including apple, pear, and some spice, yet still maintains a bright, vibrant and refreshing flavor profile – a lot like fall weather in Southern California!”

Ingredients:
1 oz. Crown Royal
½ oz. Rittenhouse Rye
½ oz. St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
¼ oz. St. George Bruto Americano 1
1 oz. Washington Gold Golden Delicious Cider
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Dehydrated apple slice garnish

Directions:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass.
