With Halloween nearly here, there is no better way to celebrate than with this spooky cocktail by Allison Kave of Butter & Scotch. Smoky in flavor and mysterious in look, this cocktail evokes Halloween and mystery.
1.5 ounces Mysterious Flavor HI-CHEW Infused Mezcal**
1.5 ounces coconut milk
1 ounce fresh lime juice
0.5 ounce simple syrup
1 large egg white
Angostura bitters for garnish
Add the mezcal, coconut milk, lime, simple syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously without ice for about 10 seconds, then fill with ice and shake for another 30 seconds, until very frothy. Double strain into a chilled coupe, garnish with Angostura bitters.
**Mysterious Flavor HI-CHEW Infused Mezcal: The infusion ratio is one piece of HI-CHEW per ounce of liquor. Cut the candy into smaller pieces and soak until dissolved.
