Mrs. Robinson Cocktail Recipe

Looking for a drink that screams summer romance? Andrew Call from Bacchus Bar in Portland, Oregon has created a gin and bubbles cocktail that will do just that.

The gin provides a herbaceous flavor that plays well with the tart of lime and the bitter of grapefruit. Adding some house-made pineapple simple syrup gives it a welcome hint of kicking it on a beach. Topping it off with dry sparkling wine and Peychaud’s bitters makes all the flavor come together and light up your tongue. Cheers!

Ingredients:
1.00 oz Distillery 209 Gin
1.00 oz pineapple simple syrup
0.75 oz grapefruit juice
0.75 oz lime juice
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2-3 oz dry prosecco

Directions: 
Combine first four ingredients; shake and then strain into a flute. Top with a prosecco float and bitters.
