Stranded Sicilian Cocktail

1.50 oz. Roasted Pineapple Infused Gin
0.75 oz Aperol
0.75 oz Cocchi Americano
0.50 oz. lemon juice
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
