Inception Negroni Cocktail Recipe
Inception Negroni cocktail from Rosewood Hotel Georgia’s Prohibition. Created by award-winning bartender Robyn Gray, the Inception Negroni is a special cinematic take on a classic Negroni. This visually stunning, ground-breaking suspension cocktail is one of the first of its kind, providing a brand new cocktail experience for even the most seasoned cocktail drinkers.
Using an innovative new freezing technique, a classic Negroni cocktail is trapped inside a perfect, hollow ice sphere. A White Negroni (Gin, Suze, Martini bianco vermouth) is then mixed and poured into the glass holding the ice sphere. After the cocktail is poured over the sphere, the guest is provided with a special tool to crack the ice, resulting in the classic Negroni “bleeding” into the White Negroni drink, creating an entirely new cocktail experience within the original glass.

20ml Martini Bianco
In a chilled old fashioned glass, place an inception ball into the glass. Stir all ingredients on cubed ice in a mixing vessel and julep strain over inception ice cube in old fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon oil from swath.
