Oak & Smoke Cocktail Recipe
Did you know Father's Day is this Sunday! To celebrate, Stingray Sushi in Phoenix will be serving the Oak & Smoke cocktail. This drink is a variation of a the whiskey sour, mixing bourbon, lemon juice and honey with the zesty flavors of ginger liqueur and bitters. Top it with a smoking cinnamon stick and Dad just might be tempted to post it on Instagram first.
2.00 oz Basil Hayden Bourbon
0.50 oz Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz honey syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel and charred cinnamon stick.
