Spiced Gin & Tonic Cocktail Recipe
The gin & tonic often gets a bad rap. You might have had them in the past and think that you’ve experienced all that this classic cocktail has to offer. Well, think again! Our version is inspired by the Gin & Tonic served by Jake Spero at PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn in Lake Tahoe.
PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn is a cozy, lodge-like resort located near the north shore of Lake Tahoe, California. Inside, you’ll find PlumpJack Cafe. It has a long standing reputation as serving some of the best cocktails in North Lake Tahoe and definitely the best in Squaw Valley.
Jake has been behind the bar at PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn for over 10 years, going from bar back to bar manager. He enjoys experimenting with new flavors with a tip of the hat to all the classic cocktails.
