GiNaka Tonic Cocktail Recipe
Award-winning mixologist, Nik Virrey of Japanese Kaiseki restaurant and bar Naka in Seattle offers up his creative version of a Gin & Tonic, using locally crafted gin from Copperworks Distillery.
Known for his Omakase style of crafting free-form cocktails, Nik creatively integrates an array of local spirits, whiskey and Japanese liquors including sake and distilled shochu.
2.0 oz. Copperworks Gin
1.0 oz. Bradley's Kina Tonic
0.5oz St. Elizabeth's Allspice
0.5oz Apple Cider Vinegar
Combine all the ingredients in a Collins glass filled with ice and serve.
