Ginto Luis Cocktail Recipe
Gintö Luis was inspired by Romain’s friend, Luis, a Spanish chef who lived and travelled the world before settling in Montreal, Canada. According to Romain, Luis never compromises, talks too much, and loves gin & tonic — but not your classic gin & tonic.
This is a gin and tonic with a hint of mediterranean flavors and memories of paella. Spaniards call Gin & Tonic ‘Gintö’, and drink it in large wine glasses with lots of zest and berries!
