Here's their spicy take on a Cinco de Mayo cocktail:
1.50 oz. tequila
0.50 oz. lime juice
1 hot pepper
Bundaberg Ginger Beer
1/2 hot pepper to garnish
In a shaker muddle the hot pepper. Add ice and the remaining ingredients. Shake well for 15 seconds. Pour into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with a pepper.
