Apricot Cooler Cocktail Recipe

1.0 oz. dark rum
0.5 oz. lemon juice
0.5 oz. grapefruit juice
Dash of simple syrup
Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer
Muddle the apricots. Add the muddle apricots, rum, fruit juices and syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a glass crammed with ice. Add a laid back layer of Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer. Garnish with a perfect pink grapefruit twist.
