The Smash Cocktail Recipe
A bright, not-too-sweet late summer drink. The top shelf tequila and apricot flavors in this cocktail make a delicious pairing. It has the perfect combination of sweet and tart and it’s also a pretty sight.
You can find this cocktail served at Blackbird. It is a chic and sophisticated bar on Market Street in San Francisco. After the workday, this spot is jumping with everyone - gay, straight and lots of hipsters. It’s the kind of bar where you could order a unique and original cocktail, but also order a beer if you wanted.
