The Fall Fanatic: Those who wait all summer for that first breath of crisp fall air know that it is impossible to start the season without an“apple, spice and everything nice” themed cocktail.
Rhythm and Blues

1.00 oz of Avuá Amburana Cachaça
1.00 oz. Bernheim Wheat Whiskey
0.25 oz. Averna Amaro
0.25 oz. Edmond Briottet Crème de Banane
0.25 oz. Demerara syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Stir all of these ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, pour over a large rock in a rocks glass, and garnish with a manicured banana leaf and burning clove.

0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
0.5 oz. Genepy de Alps
0.5 oz. Kronan Swedish Punsch
0.5 oz. Glenmorangie Original
Combine all, shake, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a large grapefruit peel squeezed over cocktail, run around the rim and drop in.

1.50 oz. Redemption Straight Whiskey Aged Barrel Proof 7 Year
1.00 oz. Bonal
0.50 oz. Gran Classico Bitter
2 dashes Teapot Bitters
1 Dash Amargo Chuncho Peruvian Bitters
Combine all ingredients into a shaker or mixing glass. Add a handful of ice cubes, stir for 60 seconds (do NOT shake). Pour over rocks glass with large ice cube. Garnish with orange peel.

2.00 oz. Fonseca Bin 27
0.75 oz. bourbon
1.00 oz. fresh pear juice
2 muddled blackberries
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz. agave syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and blackberry.

2.00 oz. Mr. Katz’s Rock & Rye
0.50 oz. Atsby Amberthorn Vermouth
0.50 oz. Neversink un-aged Apple Brandy
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled couple glass. Express the oils of a lemon peel over the top of the drink, and discard the peel.
